When and where is CREFAD 2026 held?
From 1 to 3 July 2026 at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Valencia, Spain.
In which languages is the congress held?
Spanish (main), Portuguese and English.
What does registration include?
Access to all keynotes and paper sessions, coffee breaks, participation in one workshop (pre-registration required), one daily visit (subject to availability), and a gift bag.
Are lunches included?
No. Lunches are not included in the registration fee.

Registration is managed through the Lifelong Learning Centre of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The system will guide you through the full process.

- Create a system user to complete your registration.
- Pay by bank card or bank transfer.
- Upload the payment receipt if you choose bank transfer.
- Request an invoice and later download your certificate.

Registration process
Create your user
Open the CFP-UPV portal and follow the instructions to create or use your account.
Complete registration and payment
Choose your registration type and pay by bank card or transfer. If you pay by transfer, upload the receipt.
Manage invoice and certificate
Through the system you can request an invoice and later download your certificate.
Important information
Workshops: limited to 20–40 participants per workshop. Pre-registration required.
Gala dinner: charged separately from registration. Takes place on Thursday 2 July at 8:30 pm at Restaurante La Marítima.
Students: reduced fee of €60 with valid 2025–26 enrolment.
